What is the minimum age to attend?
All our events are 18+. Valid photo ID is required and will be checked at the entrance.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these rules:
  • Entry is for ages 18 and over. Don’t forget your ID!
  • Always follow instructions from staff, security, and emergency personnel.
  • We reserve the right to deny entry without a refund.
  • Security may ask for ID at any time to verify your name and age.
  • Respect fellow guests—any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
  • The following are strictly prohibited: animals, fireworks, weapons, sharp objects.
  • Drug use is not permitted. This includes all soft and hard drugs, pills, powders, liquids, mushrooms, and nitrous oxide (N₂O).
  • Weed/hash is only allowed at our Amsterdam Gashouder events—nowhere else.
  • Security checks will be performed upon entry and may occur during the event.
  • If caught with hard drugs, you will be removed from the event and possibly reported to the police.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from CM or Yourticketprovider. This email does not yet contain your tickets. You must first personalise them.

The email includes instructions on how and when to personalize. Each ticket must be personalized with the attendee’s full name and email address, matching their valid ID.

Yes, bring valid identification. Security will check names and ages at the entrance. Note: Copies of IDs will not be accepted. If the name on the ticket doesn’t match your ID, you may be denied entry and no refund will be issued.
First, search your inbox (and spam folder) for ‘CM’ or ‘Yourticketprovider.’ Still can’t find it? Send an email to info@happygroup.nl with the subject line: ‘I lost my ticket’. Include your email address and, if possible, an alternative email address so we can resend the confirmation or tickets.
Only purchase tickets from our official website: the Happy Feelings site. This guarantees a fair price and valid tickets. If the event is sold out, check www.ticketswap.com, the only trusted resale platform we recommend. All tickets will be scanned at entry to ensure they’re genuine.

You can absolutely sell group tickets on TicketSwap. Just make sure all tickets are personalized beforehand.

It’s okay if your name is still on the ticket—the new holder can still use it.
